TIME ZONEの設定だったか

朝からサイトのバージョンアップ。
一応、VPS利用なので、コマンドバックアップ。
バージョンアップ開始。

バージョンアップ・・、あれ？
下記のWarningでバージョンアップが完了しない。

Googleさんで調べると、何かしら情報が。

php.iniを編集。
apache再起動。

再度、バージョンアップ！

おお、うまくいった！

タイムゾーン設定してなかった・・。
反省。
